Das 1,7-Billionen-Dollar-Debakel
Bloomberg hat einmal nachgerechnet, wer wieviel an Subprime-Verlusten bisher zu verdauen hatte. Und wieviel Kapital dabei aufgenommen wurde. In Summe mussten Banken und Versicherer weltweit seit Ausbruch der Krise 1,74 Billionen US-Dollar abschreiben, 1,5 Billionen davon wurden per Kapitalerhöhung wieder hereingeholt. Österreicher finden sich in der Liste zwar auch, aber sehr weit unten: Kommunalkredit und Erste Group. Die Erste schaffte es aber nur auf Basis ihrer erfolgten Kapitalerhöhung ins Ranking, Raiffeisen International wird überhaupt nicht erwähnt.
